Attachment to Letter 22A

Dear Mr. Parent: The Company has placed new production work associated with the F119 nozzle into its Connecticut facilities subsequent to December 3, 2001. In exchange, the parties agreed to transfer production work associated with the tubes, seals, and the V2500 diffuser cases. Since the transfer of the seals and V2500 diffuser cases has not been completed, the following conditions pertain to the terms associated with the completion of that transfer: 1. No incumbent employee will be laid off as a result of the transfer of seals and the V2500 diffuser cases. 2. The affected employees will be transferred in accordance with Letter 17 of the Agreement and trained to perform the work in their new assignment. Nothing herein affects the Company’s rights under Letter 22A or otherwise.
