Highlights of the New Agreement:

►All hourly workers included in Letter 22 Workplace Guarantees and Subcontracting

►Wage increases of 3 1/2 percent in each of the three years of the agreement

►$3000 Ratification Bonus, matched up to $1500 if deposited into the Savings Plan

►Pension increased to a max of $58 per year of service

►$2 increase in each of the three years to the Savings Plan matched 50% by the company

►Increases in the contributions to the Individual Medical Account matched 75% by the company

►38 paid holiday during the life of the agreement

►New health care plan with higher cost paid by the employee
